Sentieri Infiniti Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP is a gorgeous rosé wine made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The grapes are immediately pressed and destemmed, then gently pressed to extract the most delicate flavors. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16°C for about 8 to 10 days. After fermentation, the wine is matured in steel barrels.
